About This Shop

A parent-powered spirit shop created to give families easy access to fun, high-quality Lockhurst merch — and to raise extra funds that go right back into our amazing school community.

Is this the official school merch store?

Yes! We’re proud to be the official ONLINE spirit shop for Lockhurst Drive Charter Elementary. This shop is run in partnership with our school and PTO to make showing your Lion Pride easier than ever.

Where does the money go?

100% of the profits from every sale are donated directly to the Lockhurst PTO to help fund programs and student activities throughout the year.

How do I know what size to order?

We recommend ordering a size up. After running some test orders, we made sure to include a size-up description. For EXTRA cozy hoodies with an oversized feel, size up twice.

It is important to note that there are no refunds or exchanges available. 

What’s your refund or exchange policy?

Since we are raising money for our school and each item is made to order, we can not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing or preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a printing error, please reach out to theotherden@gmail.com within 14 days, and we’ll contact the manufacturer on your behalf.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–5 business days before heading out for shipping. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey to you. 

If you order multiple items, they can arrive in separate shipments. 

Can I pick up my order at school?

At this time, all orders are shipped directly to you.

Do you take custom requests?

We love new ideas! If there’s something you’d like to see in the shop — like a class design or seasonal drop — let us know.
